Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days within West Malaysia and 5–7 working days for East Malaysia. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.
We operate Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Orders placed before 2 PM on working days are processed the same day; orders after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed next working day.
Same-day delivery isn’t available through the website as it only supports standard shipping rates. However, if you’re in the Klang Valley area, you can contact us via WhatsApp to arrange urgent same-day delivery with an extra charge. Orders and payment must be made before 2 PM for same-day processing.
